We are currently experiencing service disruptions (outages without possibility of recovery) with the following Bicom Systems Limited products:

  • SERVERware 1.x or earlier
  • PBXware 4.x or earlier

Support and Maintenance for these software versions were discontinued as of June 30, 2020. Prior notifications have been issued and can be accessed through our EOL Notices.

The Urgency of the Matter

It is crucial to emphasize that if corrective actions are not taken within the next seven (7) days, your continued use of these software versions may place your software, systems, customers, and business at significant risk, for which we cannot assume responsibility or provide remedies.

What You Need to Do

To address this situation promptly and ensure the continued stability and reliability of your systems, we kindly request that you consider one of the following options:

  1. Initiate a Transition Project:

If migrating to a new software version isn’t feasible in your situation, you have the option to relocate your services to one of our hosting facilities near your location. This can help mitigate the risks associated with outdated software.
