As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve around the globe, people in all industries are working around the clock to find solutions and ways to help. 

One of our long-time partners, Intellicom, has spent the last 3 weeks working on solutions for the Health Service Executive (HSE) of Ireland.

“We are committed to help wherever necessary at this time of crisis” says Cian Maher, CTO of Intellicom, after his first fast-tract deployment.

It all started when the Health Service Executive (HSE) found itself in urgent need of Contact Tracing Services to track cases of COVID-19 across the country. In some areas the solution was needed within just two or three days.

Intellicom, the top provider of business and call center telephony solutions in Ireland, was contacted to help. They have quickly become the go-to provider for fast solutions during the crisis.

With solutions needed so quickly, the team at Intellicom rolled up their sleeves and got to work combining Bicom Systems and Intellicom solutions. Intellicom, powered by Bicom Systems PBXware, is delivering Citizen Support Lines, Contact Tracing Centers, and other health-related services with very short turnaround times.

Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, Intellicom has built out three new contact center solutions with over 300 extensions and enabled over 600 people to work from home by combining Bicom Systems Software with their class leading Carrier and Professional Services.
