1. Extremely Clear Channel Strategy
By definition, a channel strategy is “a vendor’s plan for moving a product or a service through the chain of commerce to the end customer.” Bicom Systems is 100% channel-oriented in everything we do. Partners can range from SMBs, MSPs, and ISPs, to large corporations, contact centers, and government agencies. As software manufacturers, we provide the software as a perpetual service. Our partners can purchase or rent the licenses and sell them to whoever, wherever, for whatever the price. The channel ends with our partner, so rest assured that we will never reach out to your customer.
2. Partners
As mentioned above, at Bicom Systems, we do not deal directly with the end-user. We do not hold any interest in reaching out to your customers. As our exclusive partner, we want to work with you directly. By offering customizable solutions, our partners can remove the mention of Bicom Systems entirely from their products. On top of that, we involve our partners in developing new products, updates, and features. To name a few ways we share the process:
3. Accessible Board of Directors
We have one board of directors to oversee the company’s way of operating. Each of the founders has a deeply immersive role in our daily business, the CEO included, who is within reach to consult, speak with, or contact. In large corporations, you rarely have the opportunity to chat one-on-one with the founder or CEO, let alone meet them at a trade show. The transparency between founders and partners is extremely important to the Bicom Systems company’s core values. In fact, we host quarterly campaigns known as “We’re All Ears” for our partners to interact with the board and ask any burning questions they may have.
4. Privately Held
Bicom Systems is an entirely privately held company. The company does not offer or trade its company stock (shares) to the general public on the stock market exchanges. Bicom Systems has no external investors to influence day-to-day business decisions or dictate practices that are not in the best interest of our channel strategy.
Therefore, we are a stable, thriving, and debt-free company that partners can rely on to establish long-term relationships.

Maybe we are biased, but we believe the Bicomer community is some of the best people you will find. When you become a partner, you are joining a family. We want you to succeed and will do everything in our power to help you reach your goals, big or small.
